I was involved in organizing and delivering our event in Lincoln to celebrate Niagara as Canada's Cultural capital. I was also on the Region's Cultural Committee for 2 terms and the advisory committee that adjudicated the grant requests and saw the direct positive impact of this program. I agree 100% that this program should return as it helps sustain, grow and expand cultural events in Niagara.
